MAY - TIME TO MASH THE CALORIES!!!!

Well, after a disappointing and rather depressing April weigh-in, I am ready to take on May with a new attitude.
 
I had only lost one pound after a pretty successful workout month in April.  Why the disappointment?
More than likely because I took in more calories than I was working off.  So, it was like one step forward, two steps back.  That's all I can say about that.  No excuses....just didn't work 100% hard enough.
 
SO....ON WITH MAY
 
 
MASH THE CALORIES MONTH!!!!
